Advent & my Overview

Hi All

Before I begin, I would like to welcome you all to this blog. I have made small humble beginning. Lets see how far it goes and what difference I can make to your life @ Intellectual Property.

Well, I was planning to share my experience on what made me to go for Intellectual Property since long. It has been more than 1, one year, since I completed my LLM , Master of Law in IP from Gujarat University. 

I have completed my Engineering in Information Technology in 2005 and since then have been working or rather slogging in IT MNC. :( I must admit that rat race got me in IT. My Gut feeling was to pursue law (although I am able to admit it), I got carried away with MNCs, Onsite, 'Fat' salary, etc. I missed couple of opportunities to get into Officers Training Academy etc. but now no point in ruing it now. 

Ok, so after I did my Engineering, in year 2009, I had designed one software for Randomized Duty distribution system for one of my Customers. It instantly struck me to apply for Patent, but after trying very hard, could hardly make progress. 

So, I decided to take matters in my own hands and completed LLB (3 years Full time) and w/o thinking for a moment applied for LLM in IPR. 

It was one of most eventful and life changing sojourn for me which I shall share in coming post. 

Lastly, why this Post. Well, their are many intention of having this post. I shall summarize as below 

1. Share , debate,  discuss various IPR related topics with National and International relevance. 

2. Discuss with examples few academic topics 

3. Explore opportunities to bridge Gap between Technology and IP

4. Help and Conceptualize IP for School, College, Customers, Companies 

5. Expand my horizons of Information and collaborative learning / sharing. 

Because I firmly believe sharing knowledge is power.
